I don't think it is any surprise to anybody because everyone who has talked to me since I resigned said they understand that there is a pervasive negative attitude in the county, ... There is a lot of criticism. The focus seems to be on criticizing county government as opposed to, at least sometimes, looking at the good things that are going on.
